What makes you a good Candidate?:ive been admin on several counterstrike source servers. last few servers i have played on (mopar wise) i have been asked why i am not staff and have been told to be more useful than some staff on other servers.

What will you do if promoted:help people out to the best of my knowledge and help the server out as much as possible

Describe yourself in 100 - 200 words:i would consider myself a people person. i love talking to anyone that is willing to have a conversation with me. im nice, but if someone breaks a rule it must be enforced.

Scenario1: There is a person being Racist at home, many people are telling them to stop but he continues. You warn him, he refuses to stop - What do you do? i will give them a warning. if they continue they will get muted for 10 minutes. if they continue its banned.

Scenario2: There is a person who is trying to Lure.. What do you do? i would tell them politely to stop and that its against the rules. if they continue to lure i will ban for 1 hour. if they continue further perma ban.
