What makes you a good Candidate?:i'm verry active and i like to help ppl also i would do whats ever in my power to help them & iv been admin mod and a co on loads of servers so i have loads of experiance

What will you do if promoted:help the server with idea and protect it from crashers and also try get more ppl

Scenario1: There is a person being Racist at home, many people are telling them to stop but he continues. you warn him, he refuses to stop - What do you do?i will mute them for 1hour and then if he keeps doing it again ill jail him so he cant be rasict and when i let him out if he does again..... i will ban him

Scenario2: There is a person who is trying to Lure.. What do you do? i would first have a chat to him about it and if i catch im doing ot again i would mute him so there will be no way to lure

You would need to follow the 'Template' otherwise, your application will not even be thought about. Also, I think this is just an idea of mine. But, maybe we should have people earn Moderator first. Then, after a good performance they can earn Administrator. That's just a suggestion of mine. Good luck with earning a Staff position.
