I have alot of experience for exemple owner of pkparadise and like private servers, My name in real life is elijah. I speak spanish and english so if any spanish person neads help i can help them... Also i have made:
http://www.privateserver.byethost8.com for the server... I like being administator because you get more respect and can even help out some player moderators some times. Anyone who needs help can ask me even if i do not get the job. And I also know EVERy command and will list lots here below:

Scenario1: There is a person being Racist at home, many people are telling them to stop but he continues. You warn him, he refuses to stop - What do you do?
A: If this person was WARNED then i would most obviously ban him... The reason in this is to make the server a CLEANER place

Scenario2: There is a person who is trying to Lure.. What do you do?
A: I would ask for him to stop and if he continues then i would ban his acount due to breaking a PS Rule!
