You Could Make all the people applying for Admin Apply for Mod First. If they get mod first theyLearn alot. if there admin they get more power and make more mistakes.
You should only let Players apply for Mod then he mods b4 can get Promoted to Admin. Also you could do tests for the Mods and Admins to make sure they know the commands and know most of the places.

Well if the person applying for admin knows his stuff why not test him out to see if he does know his stuff if not he doesn't get it it has to apply for mod.

I would have to disagree withyou on this bro, Not all admins apply because they know there stuff they apply cause they wana be a admin. Wow they have no experience.
